The exact scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon separately before work begins.
Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is received, we will begin work according to the agreed timeline. Standard website delivery is within 7 working days. Complex projects may take longer as communicated at the time of agreement.
Timelines assume timely delivery of required content (text, images, logo, etc.) from the client. Delays in content delivery may result in delays in project delivery.
We offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final deliverable. The number of revision rounds is agreed upon per project. Significant changes to scope after work has commenced may be treated as additional work and priced separately.
As a client, you agree to:
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (website design, app, etc.) created specifically for their project. ABSOLT Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any third-party licenses that apply to your project.
ABSOLT Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms (hosting providers, WhatsApp, Google, etc.) or any downtime caused by them.
We treat all client business information shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, strategies, or project details to third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
